D-TRANS, Experience at the service of fresh products
In order to guarantee fully integrated logistics, Detry Food Group has its own transport company, D-TRANS, which offers a complete range of services for total security.
Founded in 2011, D–TRANS has built its experience and reputation in the logistics and transport of fresh and frozen food products.
The company enjoys full know-how in the management of all types of logistics projects related to fresh and frozen products.
Since 2020, D–TRANShas concentrated all its activities on a single site in Aubel – in the very heart of the Province of Liège – and has been offering a complete range of logistics services: Logistics platform, Storage, Planning, Management, Transport, Delivery; the approach is fully integrated and ensures both a flawless quality of tailor-made service as well as increased efficiency for all our customers.
Internally, no less than 60 collaborators, drivers and logisticians work hard every day to guarantee hygiene, service and respect for the cold chain, in all circumstances!
Whether it is a question of planning the delivery of orders to central purchasing units or directly to customers, each order is processed with the same rigour in order to guarantee a quality of service, a high degree of flexibility and optimal conditions. Together, hand in hand, we ensure we meet our commitments every day, without ever deviating from our Golden Rule: experience in the service of fresh products!
A fleet perfectly adapted to our customers' needs
D-TRANS fleet of vehicles is the flagship of the company and currently consists of 25 EURO-6 certified trucks, distributed as follows:
- 6 semi-trailers
- 5 double-deckers – 26T
- 11 rigid trucks – 19T
- 3 rigid trucks – 12T
- 2 vans
To date, D-TRANS is one of the few companies that can boast of having a fleet fully equipped with dual-temperature cabins. This is a real added value for our customers and partners, who know that they can count on D-TRANS for their fresh and frozen product logistics, in all circumstances!
